FIRST IMPRESSIONS
After our guests attend a service at FBC, they are mailed a First Impression Card which asks three questions. Answers from these questions help us know in what areas we need to make some improvements. Here are some of their comments:
1. This is what I noticed first:
a. Warm Greetings
b. Friendly, welcoming atmosphere
c. Friendly, not overbearing
d. The people were very friendly, warm and pleasant
e. Friendly people
f. The beautiful surroundings
2. This is what I liked best:
a. A family atmosphere. I attend 1st Pres. in SLC and it has the same feeling; the body of Christ is present in many places! Praise God!
b. Solid Biblical message with personal stories and humor added!!
c. Preaching was good, from the Bible. Music was uplifting and praising to God too. Friendly people also.
d. The Sermon
e. During greeting we felt welcomed
f. Having "strangers" praying for my needs: It worked! The warm welcome and gift (I treasure it).
3. This is what I liked least:
a. N/A
b. We are used to a large church.
c. Location off the beaten path.
d. Did not use King James Version; most women did not wear dresses.
e. Your service is all good.

One guest recently wrote: "We liked the service format, the music was good & the people were friendly. If & when we are in Mesquite again we plan to come back."
