The Mission

The mission of First Baptist Church of Mesquite is the same mission Jesus gave his followers: Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. 

The Vision

The vision of First Baptist Church of Mesquite is create a community of authentic believers and to witness a city transformed by the life changing reality of the gospel, as people come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior.

Study the Bible, Serve Others, Share Our Faith, Together...

  • As we study the Bible, we hear God’s voice, grow in truth, and learn how to live in a way that honors Him;
  • As we serve others, we put our faith into action, reflecting Christ’s love through humility and compassion;
  • As we share our faith, we allow the life-changing hope of Jesus to overflow into our words and everyday lives;
  • And we do all of this together, because we were never meant to follow Jesus alone—encouraging one another, carrying each other’s burdens, and living as a people on mission rather than just attending a place.
