First Baptist Church of Mesquite is a place where people can meet Jesus,  engage in life-giving community, and everyone is welcome. Take Your Next Step

Starting something new can be exciting. Especially when you begin to learn about Jesus, explore all we have to offer, and make connections with people who become like family. We make it easy for you to take your next steps and give you an opportunity to discover who we are, get involved and make an impact.

Our typical service will last about 70 minutes. We sing a good mix of
contemporary music  that is led by our worship team. There is childcare
available (Sunday mornings), and activities for all age groups. After the service, hang around, say hello, and meet a few new friends.

What do I wear to your church service?
There’s no dress code at First Baptist Church. Wear what makes you comfortable and confident—just maybe leave the pajamas and prom tuxedo at home.
Is there coffee?
Yes! We believe Sundays should start with Jesus and good coffee.
Can I just come and observe?
Absolutely! No pressure, no spotlight—just come in, relax, and experience a Sunday at your own pace.
