What If Shame Became Your Story? 01/25/26

In John 4:1–26, Jesus meets the Samaritan woman at the well in the middle of her shame, isolation, and brokenness—not to condemn her, but to redeem her. Though she came to the well trying to avoid others, Jesus intentionally stepped into her story, offered her living water, and gently revealed the deeper thirst of her soul. This message reminds us that Jesus meets us where we hide, exposes our wounds with grace, and restores our identity and purpose. The woman who once avoided her community became a witness to that same community, showing that the places of our greatest brokenness can become places where God’s grace shines most clearly.
