Jesus Uses The Broken And Misfits 04/26/26

In Mark 2:13–17, Jesus calls Levi, a despised tax collector, demonstrating that He seeks out those who feel rejected, broken, and unworthy. Instead of requiring Levi to change first, Jesus simply says, “Follow me,” and then joins him among other sinners, showing that He meets people where they are, not where they pretend to be. The passage reveals that Jesus sees individuals others overlook, welcomes the broken with compassion, and calls them into transformation.
